Welcome to Peru Manu Adventure Travel, a tour operator based in Cusco, Peru. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By booking a tour or travel experience with us, you agree to the policies described below.
By accessing our website or booking any service with Peru Manu Adventure Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations can be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
Required Information
For certain tours we require full name, nationality, passport number, and date of birth to secure permits and tickets.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made using credit cards, bank transfers, or cash in Cusco depending on the booking conditions.
Peru Manu Adventure Travel offers different cancellation policies depending on the experience booked. Each tour specifies which cancellation policy applies.
Free Cancellation
Travelers can cancel the experience up to 24 hours before the start time (Local time zone).
Flexible Cancellation
Travelers can cancel the experience up to 24 hours before the start time and receive an 80% refund of the total cost (Local time zone).
Moderate Cancellation
Travelers can cancel the experience up to 7 days before the start time to receive a 50% refund of the total cost. After this period, no refunds will be made.
Strict Cancellation
Travelers can cancel the experience up to 20 days before the start time to receive a 50% refund of the total cost. After this period, no refunds will be made.
All Sales Are Final
Travelers will not receive any refund, even if they cancel the experience.
Changes to reservations depend on availability and supplier policies.
Tour Date Changes
Changes to travel dates must be requested in advance and may involve additional fees.
Third-Party Services
Train tickets, Machu Picchu entrance tickets, hotels, and transportation follow the policies of each provider.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements.
Travel Documents
Travelers must carry valid passports or identification during the tour.
Altitude Awareness
Cusco and surrounding destinations are located at high altitude. Travelers should acclimatize properly.
Safety Compliance
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
Entrance tickets to Machu Picchu are issued by the Peruvian government and are subject to strict regulations.
Personal Tickets
Tickets are issued with passport information and cannot be modified once purchased.
Government Policies
All Machu Picchu regulations are established by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture.
Peru Manu Adventure Travel may modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road conditions, strikes, or operational requirements.
Peru Manu Adventure Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as transportation companies, train operators, and hotels.
Service Providers
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party suppliers.
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost baggage.
Peru Manu Adventure Travel respects customer privacy and protects personal information.
Information Usage
Personal data is only used for reservations and operational purposes.
User Rights
Customers may request modification or deletion of their data.
Travelers must ensure their passport validity and visa requirements.
Passport Validity
Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date.
Passport Renewal
If you renew your passport after booking, inform us immediately to update your tickets.
